Dental Claims Adjudication

Claims adjudication services where each dental claim is reviewed by our team of dental professionals before being paid. This will necessitate self- insuring dental plan costs and terminating any contract with existing insurers or third party administrators.

Most dental programs offer some form of claim predetermination over a certain $ amount. Barron's will review these claims on your behalf in a timely fashion.

Billing for dental premiums plus confirmation of plan member eligibility.

Historical Data Transfer

Dental claims history by patient is extremely valuable in controlling future claim costs. Barron's will work with your existing insurer or third party administrator to gain access to this information and to structure a data base that can be mined for various types of information conducive to controlling your costs.
A Preferred Provider Organization

Barron's will establish a preferred provider organization of dentists on your behalf. Dentists in the network will charge your employees a preferred fee guide.

Dental Education Seminar

Our team of dentists will conduct a seminar for plan members on maintaining their oral health, the myth about recall exams, and what they should demand from their dentist. Many plan members simply are not aware of treatment options nor do they understand the application of the fee guide.
